Hi Guys.

Please help me out if you can.

I use Jaws Version 11 and a Laptop, I use Internet explorer.

My problem is that I can't seem to use the buttons on a lot of internet websites such as Twitter (both Mobile site and normal site) and Facebook (Mobile and normal site) and a whole bunch of other websites.

With this Zone website, the Buttons work fine, I just press "b" and it'll reach the button. When I use Facebook and Twitter, I have to use the Insert f3 then select Buttons list, when I choose a button, it won't work, because I tried clicking "b" as well, it doesn't come up.

It would be helpful if you could help me out please?

I'll give you some examples for both Twitter and Facebook, other sites also have this problem all except this Zone BBS site.

Twitter.
When I use m.twitter I have to click Compose Tweet, I type in my Tweet and then use the Jaws keyboard commands to click "Tweet" it won't Tweet, it'll keep jumping to my Desktop.

I tried using different Clients for Twitter, I can't use it because when I try to click the buttons it won't show. The Buttons on a lot of my websites doesn't show up.

On m.facebook.com, when I use the Jaws keyboard commands, my Posts work fine using Insert f3 but when I want to post on my friend's posts, not their Timeline their posts, I try using Insert f3 select Buttons list, then click the button, it won't do it.

They're justj some examples.

Others also include, trying to fill in Registration forms, the Button on a lot of them doesn't show up.

I've written all I can, if you could help me out, I would gladly appreciate it.

Thanks for reading my problem.

Alex.

Have you check your video intercept or video hooks for arrors, some times when when they are corrupted certain applications are read odd. Try repairing your jaws, or reinstalling your video hooks for jaws using NDVA. Just a thought to see if that helps.

I just downloaded Mozilla Firefox. Now using it, rather than Internet Explorer.

Yes Firefox does work sometimes when IE won't. I keep both on my box.
